Broker Participation Policy
In order for Cooperating Broker to receive a commission in connection with the sale of real property in the Community, Cooperating Broker or Sales Associate must register a prospective Purchaser in person at the sales office for the Community (phone registrations will not be accepted). Cooperating Broker or Sales Associate must accompany the Prospect during Prospect’s initial visit. If the tracking system used at the sales office for the Community indicates that the Prospect initially registered at the sales office without being accompanied by Cooperating Broker or Sales Associate, neither Cooperating Broker nor Sales Associate shall be entitled to receive a commission in connection with the sale of real property in the Community to such Prospect. This registration is applicable only at the Community. If Prospect purchases a home or unit at another community or condominium developed by Developer, or an affiliate of Developer, the Cooperating Broker will not receive a commission unless the Cooperating Broker or a Sales Association of Cooperating Broker registers the Prospect during Prospect’s initial visit at the community or condominium where Prospect ultimately purchases a home or unit. Cooperating Broker shall be entitled to receive the Commission, provided that the Prospect (i) is properly registered, (ii) contracts to purchase a home from the on-site sales staff in the Community before the expiration of the Registration Period, and (iii) closes on the transaction pursuant to the Purchase and Sale Agreement for the Home.

Completion Date
Any scheduled completion date is a good faith estimate and, except as otherwise set forth in the contract, Seller makes no promises or representations concerning the date of completion. Seller shall not be liable for any inconvenience, additional costs, expenses or damages whatsoever should the Home not be completed by an estimated completion date. Seller is required and unconditionally obligated to complete
and does agree that the construction of the Home will be completed not later than the date that is two (2) years from the date Purchaser first signs his/her contract, subject only to delays caused by events consisting of acts of God or impossibility of performance under Florida law.

Features
The materials, equipment and fixtures included in and to be used in constructing the Home will be substantially the same as or similar in quality to those described in the applicable plans and specifications and in the model (except as to extras, options and/or upgrades), if a model has been constructed. Seller has the absolute right to make modifications to the plans and specifications. The following items (which may be seen in models or shown in illustrations) may not be included with the sale of the Home: wall coverings, paint colors, accent light fixtures, wall ornaments, drapes, blinds, bedspreads, furniture, furnishings, wet bars, monitoring systems, certain built-in fixtures, special floor coverings, wood trim, upgraded items and/or any other items of this nature which may be added or deleted from time to time. This list of items (which is not all-inclusive) is provided as an illustration of the type of items built-in or placed upon models or shown in illustrations strictly for purposes of decoration and example only. The actual location of the Home may vary based upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: options selected by Purchaser, field conditions, normal construction tolerances, applicable governmental regulations, additional easements which may be granted, the Documents, drainage requirements, driveway conditions and the existence of above ground equipment. As a result, all dimensions shown on the Community Plan are proposed and may vary. The availability of certain optional items which may appear on the Community Plan may be restricted and/or not be available to the Purchaser due to a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, setback requirements, homesite coverage limitations and/or easements.
